(You can use your fork to determine this).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cb\u003eStep Four: \u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the mouthguard is soft, remove it from the water using your fork, making sure that the mouthguard does not fold in on itself. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cb\u003eStep Five: \u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTilt your head back and open your mouth widely. Balancing the mouthguard on your thumbs, insert the guard into your mouth and bite down gently onto the solid bar in the middle of the gum shield. (You can use your mirror to guide you). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cb\u003eStep Six: \u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePress your tongue to the roof of your mouth and, starting with the back of your mouth, push the guard against your teeth with your fingers to mould it into place. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cb\u003eStep Seven: \u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the guard has completely moulded, close your mouth over the guard and suck in air through your lips. Do this until the mouthguard has hardened to ensure a snug fit. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhen fitting the SISU Max guard with braces, you must cover the brackets with aluminium foil or wax.
