As soon as your order leaves our facility with a carrier, we ultimately have no control over the exact delivery date. All of this information should be taken as estimates and guidelines, not guarantees.
Shipping
Monday 22nd December 2025 - This will be our last day of shipping prior to Christmas
Monday 29th December 2015 - Normal hours will resume in our store and we will be picking, packing and shipping orders again
All orders will have Royal Mail or FedEx tracking details provided so please check your emails rather than calling the store for updates

HOLIDAY RETURNS
We allow more time for holiday shoppers to make a return. For orders placed after November 1st, returns need to be completed by January 15th, or within our normal 30 day return policy, if ordered after December 15th.
