All of our online payments are handled by Shopify Payments. All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by either credit or debit card. Northern Soul Sportswear Ltd cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders or cash. Prices
Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Northernsoulsportswear.com's control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.
Your local VAT rate will be applied to all product prices on the website. If the total sale is less than €150.00 (net of VAT) then the EU customer’s local rate of VAT will be applied and identified at checkout. The EU customer should not be charged any additional import VAT or customs import duty and receive the goods without further payment. If the total sale is over €150 (net of VAT) then the EU customer’s local rate of VAT will be identified and deducted at checkout. The EU customer will be liable for payment of import VAT, import duty and any fees at the local rate pertaining prior to receiving their order.
For customers in the rest of the world the UK VAT will not be applied to the product prices on the website. Any local import duty, customs and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in full prior to or upon receipt.
Northernsoulsportswear.com will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package. Northernsoulsportswear.com will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.
