UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after your order is placed. However, please do allow 7 working days before contacting customer services department. You can reach us on +44 7876 556923 or via email to info@northernsoulsportswear.com In order to ensure your order reaches you safely, sometimes you may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. Should you not be at home at the time a card will be left for you with details of a collection depot or how to arrange an alternative delivery.
UK: Free Delivery Over £250.00
UK: Under £250 Delivery is £7.99
EU: Delivery is £20.00
Rest of the World: Delivery is £50.00
Oversize exception. Certain products are excluded from the "Free Delivery Over £250.00" generality. Specifically men's defence long poles and complete defence sticks due to their length. The following fixed rates apply:
UK: Fixed Rate of £20.00
EU, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: Fixed Rate of £30.00
Rest of the World: Fixed Rate of £75.00
Delivery Errors
All our orders are double checked before shipping. However, from time to time errors will occur. Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days, then you must inform us, as we will not responsible for the location of your order after the 7 days.
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. It is important you provide a valid email address and phone number in order for us to send you an email confirming the order and tracking information.
All orders will be shipped in order to reach the customer within 5 working days. We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). We normally dispatch all our orders by either First Class Royal Mail, Parcelforce, EVRI or UPS depending on weight, length or destination. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International, Parcelforce or UPS and normally take between 7-10 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Northern Soul Sportswear Ltd's control which cause delay and Northernsoulsportswear.com cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
