Although still fairly new, my daughter is very happy with this stick. As the temperature drops, she is looking forward to playing with a warmer stick. Great customer service from Northern Soul - really quick delivery!

At the grand old age of 50, I bought myself my first new stick (had a wonderful school issued wooden one when I started at 13, which finally broke when I was in my mid thirties- the infinity stick is not as good as that one!). Since then I have acquired hand me down sticks from people as they have upgraded. Finally decided it was time. Catching the ball is lovely, throwing it will take a little time as the ball flies effortlessly. Cradling is another matter entirely, and I have to relearn this as it does not keep the ball in with my more old school upright cradling style.
I would recommend, it is so light and the shaft has a sort of soft texture to it that doesn’t feel as cold or slippery as my old metal/plastic stick.
I was concerned (and a little bamboozled) and it being an attack/midi stick as I am straight defence. Since I am not an expert player, I don’t think it matters, and couldn’t find any good info on what the differences are between attack and defence stringing is.

I just bought this for my daughter, who is now playing in Seniors as she was still using her Year 7 stick.
This is a vast improvement and she is very happy!

My 11 year old daughter was ready to upgrade to an intermediate stick and she loves this. Ground balls are easier and so is catching. She loves the feel of the stick and doesn't feel like her old one does! Spot on for the price
